At Bullionkart (operated by IPMEX Bullion Private Limited), every order is shipped through our specialised, insured logistics partner, Sequel Logistics, for Sequel Secured Delivery of precious metals. All products are insured in transit and dispatched in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.

As bullion prices are highly sensitive to weight and prevailing market rates, shipping and insurance are chargeable and are not bundled into the product price. Shipping and insurance charges are calculated based on the order value, product weight, and delivery destination, and are shown separately at checkout before you complete payment.
Given the value of the products shipped, delivery is made only to a verified, named recipient. Please provide accurate recipient details at checkout, including full name, address, nearest landmark, PIN code, and contact number.
At the time of delivery, the recipient must present one original, government-issued photo ID — Passport, Driving Licence, or Aadhaar Card — matching the name on the order. The delivery partner will verify and record these details before handing over the shipment. Delivery cannot be completed, and the shipment may be returned to us, if a matching ID is not produced.
Deliveries are made to residential or business addresses provided at checkout, or, where offered, by prior appointment for in-person collection at our Mumbai office.
* Deliveries to public places, shared or unattended locations, or PO boxes are not accepted, given the nature of the goods shipped.
You can track the status of your order through the My Account section on the Site. Requests to change the shipping address must be sent by email to support@bullionkart.com before the order is dispatched; once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
For orders subject to PAN/KYC verification, a change of address may require re-verification of the recipient's identity.
As set out in our Terms and Conditions, every package must be video recorded without any break, cut, or pause, from before the sealed package is opened until all products have been fully unboxed and inspected, clearly showing the shipping label, the outer packaging, the tamper-proof seal, and each product.
This video is mandatory evidence for any claim of damage, shortage, tampering, or a missing or incorrect item, must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery, and claims raised without it, or after this window, may not be accepted.
Inspect your package immediately upon receipt, while the unboxing video is being recorded. Report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@bullionkart.com, along with your order number and the unedited unboxing video.
If you receive a damaged parcel or product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Retain the parcel, packaging, and product intact, and do not dispose of any part of it, until our investigation is complete. Reporting after this window may result in the complaint not being accepted.
If an item is missing from your shipment, report it within 24 hours of delivery, supported by your unboxing video. Failure to report within this window may prevent us from processing the claim.
Track your shipment using the tracking ID shared with you. If an order shows as delivered but has not been received, report this within 24 hoursof the delivery confirmation email or SMS. Complaints raised after this window may be denied, as our logistics partners' investigation windows are time-bound.
Complimentary protective gift packaging is available on select bullion coins and gift products. You can add a gift message on the cart page at checkout to include with your order; this does not affect the tamper-proof sealing or insurance cover on the shipment.
